Newark bans inflatable swimming pools from front yards
Newark residents are no longer allowed to set up inflatable swimming pools in their front yards, according to new regulations approved by city council Monday.
The prohibition on front yard pools is part of several code changes intended to address frequent complaints about property maintenance.
